Change tends to happen in a safe, supportive context and environment. This mini-retreat is designed to offer you just that.

Detox your body and foster a positive mindset, using specific yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques alongside journaling.

You will be encouraged to gently open up your body and mind, so that you can clean out physical, mental and emotional toxins.

We hope this will allow more of your ‘beautiful to emerge in a sensitive and sustainable manner.

This 6 week ‘Intro to Yoga’ Beginners course is our comprehensive introduction to the underlying principles of Yoga. It’s suitable for absolute beginners and those with less than one year’s experience. You will learn the basics of yoga and breath work in a comfortable, Covid-secure studio (or via Zoom). Come along and have some fun.

By joining our six week INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION course, you will learn the basics of mindfulness, breathing exercises, visualisation and more.

Mindfulness Meditation works in two ways. Firstly, it teaches you the skill of ‘self awareness’.

Secondly, meditation significantly reduces levels of cortisol in the body. It’s true to say that, on average, you will be a little softer, a little less tense, irritable and stressed – on the days you practise meditation.

Most course attendees also report better sleep the night after the meditation class.
