Rachel is a great teacher, every week she manages to give me perspective and I get more out of her yoga than I have from anyone else’s classes. She has a very casual style that is warm and welcoming. I have never felt uncomfortable in her classes, she always encourages me to honour where I am that week rather than chasing yoga poses I can’t do and this makes for a friendly, relaxed but focused atmosphere. The meditations at the end are really effective and help get me through my week
It is my first time to join the yoga class. I found it helps me to relax from a very busy life style. It is amazing how one hour in the class can make me feel such a different.
Rachel is friendly and a wonderful teacher. I highly recommend Lightbird Yoga if you are looking for the excercise that good for your body and your soul.

I am really enjoying the Prenatal Yoga thank you. For me it is great to have something safe but challenging to do and it’s been nice meeting other mums to be. I think the venue is great too- loving the conservatory vibe! I enjoy using the massage balls and doing gentle flow as well as all the meditation which helps me connect to baby and feel less anxious about the whole thing!

I have so far done two courses of the Ashtanga yoga with Rachel and have found it to be really rewarding physically and mentally. Thoroughly enjoyable and fantastic for wellness.
